Early this morning I ran the Rose Bowl 5K. It was super cold at start time (about 40 degrees). Even though I tried to warm up before the run, I never really got loose. I ran about 23 minutes, 10 seconds. Unfortunately, about 25 seconds slower than my run last month in Santa Clarita.
UPDATE: I placed first in my age range. Yay!
