BAC's Slowing It Down Mix

Since I recently injured my foot, I've had to cut down my running. Given that, I am back to taking cycling classes. This mix was geared for those uphill classes. The pace is much slower than most of the mixes I've created in the past, but it's still steady enough to keep a good sweat going. Enjoy!
